APEC REMINDERS
Dear Valued Clients,
Please be informed of the following reminders during the APEC period.
In line with PNG Ports advice, vessels need to clear their arrival details / documents with JSTF four (4) days prior to arrival.
MIT will be business as usual. There is no change in procedures for gate in / out of boxes and MIT standard operating times.
November 16 is a holiday, as such:
Vessel Operations: 24hours, subject to public holiday shift fee as per tariff book
Receiving and Delivery: Close but port users/clients who wish to receive/deliver containers can file for overtime and arrange payment on or before 1230H/15 November 2018
Billing Office: Close but port users/clients who wish to transact business with our Billing Team on the holiday can file for overtime and arrange payment on or before 1230H/15 November 2018
Regular business hours will resume on Saturday 17th November 2018 from 0800H.
