NOTICE TO ALL TRUCKING COMPANIES
Dear Valued Clients,
Please note and advice all your drivers to Liaise with MIT (Motukea International Terminal) in order to obtain ID Cards and Certificates.
Issuance of ID cards will commence from Wednesday 08th May 2019 till Tuesday 14th of May. MIT will be not liable for any failures of obtaining ID’s within given time period and will not allowed to operate at MIT premises without an ID.
MIT will run the soft implementation of Truck driver ID system integration on Monday the 20th May 2019. “ NO ID NO GATE ENTRY “

HSSE Department: Shift Safety Officer – 0900HR -1600 HR
IT Department: Day Shift Team – 0900HR -1600 HR
NOTE:
Drivers who were unable to take photos at the induction also can obtain their ID’s the same days.
Please find time to collect the ID Cards and the Certificates the earliest possible.
