MITL ADVISORY - GATES OPEN 24/7

Dear Valued Port Users,

We are glad to announce that MITL Gates will be open for Receiving and Delivery 24/7 starting March 1, 2023.

After considering Port User’s feedback, MITL will run a 2-month trial to further assess if indeed MITL Gates is utilized accordingly 24/7.

What does this mean?

•  Receiving is open 24 hrs, which means MITL can receive your exports (FCL, EMPTY, BB) anytime without paying for OT, as long as all charges are paid, and it is within the 12 hrs cut-off for pre-receival before vessel ETB.
•  Delivery is open 24 hrs for container pick-up as long as Import Handling charges (and Storage if any) are settled within Billing Hours ( M-F; 8-5 pm, Sat 8-12 noon) and Gate passes are acquired.

Any other extensions and late delivery requests will be for the Terminal Manager's approval and discretion, as usual.
