Notice of Public Holiday on September 16th, 2024

Dear Valued Clients,

We would like to inform you that September 16th is a gazette public holiday in observance of the 49th Anniversary of PNG Independence. Consequently, there will be some changes to our regular operations:

Vessel Operations:

• Operations will continue as per the established berthing line-up.
• Overtime penalties, as outlined in the Public Tariff, will apply.

Receiving and Deliveries:

• The gates will be closed.
• Clients wishing to receive or deliver containers on September 16th must submit their applications by 2 PM on September 13th.
• Late overtime (OT) applications will not be processed.

Billing Office:

• The office will be closed.
• For transactions planned for September 16th, please submit your applications by 2 PM on September 13th.
• Late OT applications will not be accommodated.

Resumption of Operations:

• Normal business operations will resume on September 17th.

Please note that Terminal Management reserves the right to approve or decline overtime requests based on resource and manpower availability.
