Dear Valued Clients,
We would like to bring to your attention that August 26th has been designated as a public holiday in observance of Repentance Day. As a result, there will be some modifications to our usual operations:
Vessel Operations:
Operations will proceed according to the established berthing line-up. Please be aware that overtime penalties, as outlined in the Public Tariff, will be applicable.
Receiving and Deliveries:
Although the gates will be closed, clients wishing to receive or deliver containers on Aug 26th can submit their applications by 2pm on Aug 22nd.
We urge you to adhere to this deadline as late overtime (OT) applications cannot be processed.
Billing Office:
The office will be closed. For transactions planned for Aug 26th, please ensure your applications are submitted by 2pm on Aug 22nd.
Regrettably, late OT applications cannot be accommodated.
Resumption of Operations:
Normal business operations will recommence on Aug 27th.
Please note that the Terminal Management reserves the right to approve or decline overtime requests based on resource and manpower availability.
