SPICT ADVISORY - KINGS BIRTHDAY JUNE 2023

Dear Valued Clients,

In celebration of the King’s Birthday, June 16th is gazette as Public Holiday in lieu of the 17th of
June which falls on a Saturday.

Therefore, below will be observed:

• Vessel Operations:

          Operations per berthing line-up as normal and overtime penalty will be applied as
          per Public Tariff.

• Receiving and Deliveries:

         Gates will be closed but port users/clients who wish to receive/deliver containers
         on the 16th (Friday) can apply on the 15th (Thursday) of June
         not later than 2pm

• Billing Office:

         Billing Office will be closed but port users/clients who wish to transact business on
         the on the 16th (Friday) can apply on the 15th (Thursday) of June
         not later than 2pm.

Normal Business Hours will resume on the 17th of June.

Terminal Management has full control to Approve/Decline over time based on the
availability of resources/manpower.
