SPICT ADVISORY - REPENTENCE DAY 2023

Dear Valued Clients,

Aug 26th is a public holiday for PNG in celebration of Repentance Day.

Therefore, below will be observed:

•  Vessel Operations:

           Operations per berthing line-up as normal and overtime penalty will be applied as
           per Public Tariff.

•  Receiving and Deliveries:

          Gates will be closed but port users/clients who wish to receive/deliver containers
          on the 26th (Saturday) can apply on the 25th (Friday) of August
          not later than 2pm

•  Billing Office:

          Billing Office will be closed but port users/clients who wish to transact business
          on the on the 26th (Saturday) can apply on the 25th (Friday) of August
          not later than 2pm.

Normal Business Hours will resume on the 27th of August for Receival and Deliveries
However, Billing Office will be closed as per usual on a weekend.

Terminal Management has full control to Approve/Decline over time based on the
availability of resources/manpower.
